About The Position
The Taco Bell Team Member provides guests with fast, friendly, and clean service. The role involves managing inventory, safely preparing food, maintaining food quality, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members contribute to a guest-focused culture and work as part of a team. The position offers opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within Pilot Company’s travel centers and restaurants. Pay starts between $11.38 and $14.88 per hour. Requirements
- Excellent guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prepare food.

- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
