Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- technical training a plus
- 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred
- Preferably State of Florida License
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as needed
- Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals
