We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 3-5 years of experience in designing developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions The candidate should be strong in data visualization best practices SQL and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL joins subqueries performance tuning
• Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases
• Experience with calculated fields parameters sets dashboard actions and LODs
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards reports and KPI scorecards using Tableau Desktop Tableau Server/Cloud
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and dashboards
• Create calculated fields parameters sets actions and LOD expressions
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability and usability
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources SQL databases flat files cloud sources APIs
• Collaborate with business users analysts and data engineers to validate data and insights
• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports
• Implement Tableau best practices governance and security standards
• Perform data validation reconciliation and troubleshooting
• Provide user support and documentation for developed dashboards
