About The Position
We are looking for a responsible and organized Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This person will play a key role in the receiving, preparation, and shipping of orders. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, be proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible shifts
- Aptitude for Excel & Computer work
- Leadership skills (will be in charge of a team of employees)
- Good under pressure
- Good reading comprehension skills; will need to read instructions and communicate to the team
- Tech-savvy (computer/tablet).
- Able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Speed and accuracy in task performance.
- Proper handling of delicate and heavy products.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Machine operation skills (optional) or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Unload inventory deliveries and verify received contents
- Accurately and efficiently process work orders
- Pack products according to company standards
- Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily goals
