About The Position

Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated section or area in the Table Games department. Enthusiastically provides a memorable and exciting experience for our guests. Assists the team in providing the same experience. Provides feedback to the Casino Manager on game limits, game spread, staffing and possibilities to increase revenue and the guests experience. Engagement with the team on all suggestions and ideas. Responsible for the accountability of the chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment. Maintains a continuous inspection and logging of cards and dice, ensuring the security of assigned table games during assigned shift. Shares responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to leadership.

Requirements

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute odds.
• Must be flexible in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Table Games Operations is preferred, but not required.
