About The Position
Iowa's No. 1 entertainment destination is looking for a Table Games Supervisor to oversee and supervise a team of Table Games Dealers. This role involves ensuring adequate staffing, motivating and training staff, maintaining awareness of game activities, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years all-game dealing experience preferred.
- Complete knowledge of all games on the casino floor including rules, policies, procedures, and cheating methods required.
- Must have technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge of games manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Completion of a wide variety of specific games training programs with resulting proficiency in required pit games.
- Must understand property policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, such as computer keyboards, and telephones.
- Must be able to stand or walk for an entire eight-hour shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily Dealer assignments to ensure adequate staff levels based on guest demands.
- Motivate, evaluate, and train staff as needed.
- Maintain constant awareness of activities of all games in assigned locations to observe and report any suspicious or irregular activity and awareness of how each game stands with gains/losses and dealer performance.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or problems to ensure courteous and friendly service to all gaming guests.
