Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiative, and organizational goals. Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment. Select, train, and develop table games team member through education, training, coaching, and corrective action. Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while on duty. Act as a liaison with managers from other departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
