About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing table games operations, ensuring the integrity of the games, and managing team members. Key duties include maintaining accurate utilization reports, managing chip inventory for timely payouts, training and mentoring staff, and communicating essential information to the next shift supervisor.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
