About The Position

The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for the integrity of the games assigned and enforces all Table Games Policies and Procedures while supporting a high level of Guest Service. This role ensures a high level of game protection is consistently maintained and all regulatory rules are followed. The supervisor corrects procedural and monetary errors, monitors the condition of gaming equipment, and reports any anomalies to management. They also ensure the integrity, safety, and cleanliness of the property and assets, setting standards and ensuring departmental and company policies and procedures are followed. Compliance with Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act is crucial, as is verifying and maintaining table inventory and monitoring problems, changes, and concerns in a timely manner. The supervisor will motivate Team Members for continuous improvement, assist in the audition, interview, and selection of new Table Games dealers, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Resolving Guest complaints in a timely and positive manner and ensuring all Team Members are trained in on-the-job expectations and performance standards are key responsibilities. The role involves issuing accurate and timely performance management documentation, including corrective and positive feedback, and writing and issuing timely Team Member evaluations. The supervisor is responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. They may also work as a Shift Manager or a dealer when staffing levels or business demands require, providing accurate and efficient dealing skills. The role requires working the required work schedule and being flexible to change shifts as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and working physically onsite to manage business and interact personally with Team Members, vendors, and guests. Ensuring all safety standards are met and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved is also part of the job. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Excellent Guest Service and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Is knowledgeable and keeps current on Player Tracking Software and HR applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Ability to interact and communicate in both group and individual settings.
  • Must be able to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must have either previously worked as a Table Games Dual Rate or Floor Supervisor.
  • Ability to showcase dealer skills and pass a Dealer skills audition.
  • Must possess the ability to accurately differentiate Cheque colors and appropriate values.
  • Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal a variety of Table Games.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills required.
  • Must be fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with industry related software.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of Table Games operation systems.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and act upon complex documents and reports.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach dealers to meet goals while maintaining a high level of guest service and internal service standards. Motivates Team Members for continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the audition, interview and selection of new Table Games dealers.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Resolves Guest complaints in a timely and positive manner.
  • Ensure all Team Members are trained in on-the-job expectations and performance standards.
  • Issues accurate and timely performance management documentation including both corrective and positive feedback for assigned Table Games staff. Trains, coaches, and provides timely written and verbal feedback. Writes and issues timely Team Member evaluations.
