The Table Games Dual Rate Floor Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of all Table Games in their assigned section, adhering to Table Games Department policies and procedures, Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives. This role involves monitoring controls for regulatory compliance, inspecting gaming equipment, overseeing payouts and procedures, handling customer and employee disputes with excellent customer service, ensuring accuracy in monetary transactions, managing player ratings and chips, making table fills/credits, monitoring cash and chip transactions, identifying suspicious activity and potential collusion, communicating suspicious play to management, assisting in identifying patrons causing disturbances, complying with Title 31 requirements, evaluating employee performance, monitoring employee performance and making recommendations for personnel actions, utilizing effective communication for supervisor handoffs, ensuring a professional and clean environment, communicating casino events and activities to employees, providing exceptional customer service, meeting attendance guidelines, attending training and meetings, and assisting in other projects as directed. Duties are subject to change, and hours are determined by a daily/weekly schedule. The role requires acting as a role model and representing Saracen Casino Resort and the Table Games Department professionally.
