About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games in accordance with all rules and regulations. This is an on-call position with typical shifts falling between 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 7 days per week. Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Requirements

• Experience in handling large volumes of cash preferred.
• Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions).
• Apply oral or written communication techniques.
• Must be highly customer focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and be friendly and informative as needed.
• Prior experience in direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
• Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.
• Clean work area as designated by management.
• Verify identification of customers when needed.
• Sign and date all paperwork as required.
• Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
