About The Position

Deal a variety of table games efficiently, accurately, and professionally according to internal policies and gaming regulations Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for multiple table games, including poker, blackjack, roulette and craps Maintain compliance with Title31/AML reporting requirements and follow all applicable tribal and state gaming regulations Accept feedback and corrections from supervisors with a constructive attitude, using each opportunity as a chance to improve

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Gaming Commission Support license (background checks may be required)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass an audition demonstrating blackjack dealing skills and other table carnival games
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable handling money and performing basic math functions quickly and accurately
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, even during busy or challenging situations
• Open to constructive feedback and willing to learn new games and skills on an ongoing basis
