About The Position
This role is responsible for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests. The dealer will use their math skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips, while also ensuring the safety and security of their table through keen attention to detail. We are looking for a high-energy team member with a great attitude who enjoys having fun at work and being part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous Gaming experience and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
- Working knowledge of cash handling.
- Knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.
- Minimum six months dealing experience preferred or accumulated knowledge of the game to follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls.

- Collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Take ownership of the table’s safety and security.
- Promote a safe gaming space with keen attention to detail.
