About The Position

This role involves efficiently and courteously dealing and protecting assigned games in compliance with established policies, procedures, rules, laws, and regulations. The dealer will provide professional care and service to guests, conduct table transactions with signatory validations, and ensure the integrity of games, currency, chips, cards, dice, and other assets. The position requires adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls, as well as fostering positive communication with departments and superiors.

Requirements

Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
High School Diploma.
Certification from an accredited dealing school or dealing experience in a licensed facility.

Responsibilities

Deal and protect assigned games according to established policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with gaming rules, laws, and regulations.
Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests.
Acknowledge and greet customers warmly.
Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations.
Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards, dice, and other assets.
Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and business processes.
Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors.
Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company events and promotions.
Answer customer inquiries.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
