Requirements
- Previous experience as a dealer, party dealer, dual rate, or floor supervisor is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of various table games.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to obtain a gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience at Horseshoe, Paris, or Planet Hollywood properties.
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas gaming market.
Responsibilities
- Deal cards and manage table games according to established procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a positive gaming experience.
- Maintain the integrity of the game and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise gaming operations and ensure smooth functioning of the floor (for Floor Supervisors).
