About The Position
Graton Dealer School is offering a FREE Table Games Dealer School with hands-on training for open dealer positions. This program is designed for individuals interested in a career as a Casino Table Games Dealer. Admission requires a screening interview and successful audition for hiring. The school runs from July 6, 2026, to August 14, 2026, Monday through Friday, with a morning session from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The school is located in a grey building next to the parking garage, between the parking structure and Wilfred/Golf Course Drive, identifiable by a "Dealer School" sign.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older by the end of the course.
- Ability to count, add, and subtract.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle playing cards and chips.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor with guests.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass live auditions for all games learned.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must pass background checks.
