Table Games Dealer Academy Registration ( September Course)
About The Position
This is a tuition-free, unpaid training program for individuals interested in becoming Table Games Dealers. While not team members during training, successful completion of the Academy and passing the final audition makes candidates eligible for a paid Table Games Dealer position. The program involves hands-on training in Blackjack and various Carnival Games, with a focus on developing necessary skills and attributes. Students will undergo periodic skill checkpoints and a final audition to assess their readiness for the role. Those who do not meet the program's standards will be removed. The academy offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and kickstart a career in the gaming industry.
Requirements

- Current and up-to-date Academy registration.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to pass the math test (for record-keeping, does not affect enrollment).
- Demonstrate required aptitude and attitude during the audition.

Responsibilities
- Attend the Dealer Academy information session.
- Successfully complete the interview process.
- Participate in hands-on training for Blackjack and Carnival Games (3 Card Poker, 4 Card Poker, Louisiana Stud, and Texas Hold'em).
- Develop necessary skills and attributes for the role of a Table Games Dealer.
- Participate in periodic skill checkpoints.
- Complete a final audition to assess skills, including money counting, chip handling, dealing, game explanation, payouts, cleanup, rules, and customer service.
- Demonstrate required aptitude and attitude.
