The Table Games Assistant Shift Manager is responsible for stimulating business by identifying and developing quality players through personal guest interaction. This role ensures that all table games employees on their shift provide optimum service and technical proficiency through guidance and effective training. The Assistant Shift Manager observes and analyzes the integrity of play and guest/employee activity, ensuring adherence to all laws, gaming regulations, and procedures, including Title 31 requirements. They provide directional support and supervision to gaming employees to ensure game protection and excellent customer service, mediating and solving problems for both employees and guests. This position identifies operational and organizational opportunities, working with management to develop and implement solutions, and is capable of creating training modules for the Table Games Department. Additionally, they build rapport and coordinate daily activities with support departments, acting as a role model and representing Downstream Casino Resort and the Table Games Department positively.
