About The Position

The Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor manages the casino table game operations, overseeing dealers and protecting assets while ensuring high-quality guest service to create a favorable, engaging game experience, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
  • Must be able to follow and understand directions.
  • Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets.
  • Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
  • Good eye-hand coordination.
  • Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Knowledge of theft techniques.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all games offered; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.
  • Monitors game activity and resolves issues, disputes, and correct errors as needed.
  • Control gaming cards and equipment, and uses tables, shoes, and paddle correctly.
  • Ensure winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any Dealer errors as required.
  • Manage administration of Table fills and credits, player ratings and rundowns.
  • Assist in monitoring staffing levels to maintain full coverage and budgetary compliance.
  • Analyze guest’s play to monitor for cheating, scams, card counters and unusual or suspicious variations in play.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures and team and guest information.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
