About The Position
The Table Game Dealer is responsible for the operation, integrity and conducting of a particular game as trained for and assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, internal control policies and Nevada State Gambling regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure preferred
- Working knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.
- Must be able to review and comprehend all documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
- Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Superior guest relation skills are necessary.

Responsibilities
- Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules and in an accurate manner.
- Promote positive guest relations.
- Responsible for maintaining the security of the game.
- Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal control policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
