Requirements

  • 5+ years of active TAB work, including recent experience with independent or lead TAB efforts.
  • Delivered TAB services on a variety of projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects– on schedule and within budget
  • Having managed workflow and deliverables for multiple projects meeting project schedules
  • Seasoned in customer-facing project discussions and meetings including communicating and coordinating the TAB process and providing issues resolution services
  • Ability to mentor less-experienced staff in this discipline
  • Ability to work independently as well as leading support staff
  • Experience at system troubleshooting systems issues in the field

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making independent decisions on TAB procedures, problems, and methods.
  • Responsible for coordinating TAB process with primary client and contracting team.
  • Requires the use of advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories and practices of the field.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute client relationships.
  • Support design staff by reviewing design documentation to verify constructability, maintenance access, and operating controls.
  • Document TAB process and compile information in final TAB report.
  • Responsible for project set up utilizing RTM-specific website.
