As a Pre-Engineering Specialist, you will support project planning, documentation, and execution while partnering closely with field technicians and engineering teams. Your work ensures projects are set up right from the start and run smoothly through completion.

Requirements

• Previous TAB experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot field issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-related systems

• Bachelor’s Degree
• NEBB-CT, NEBB-CP, AABC-TBT or AABC-TBE

Responsibilities

• Develop TAB test plans and ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards
• Manage Pre-TAB data entry and maintain accurate project documentation across systems
• Draft and submit RFIs to resolve project gaps and clarify scope
• Partner with field technicians to support job turnovers and troubleshoot job site issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen technical execution and project outcomes
