About The Position

This role will support Regional Operations by handling dual functions as both a frontline supervisor and a lead field technician. The position is hybrid and based in the Indianapolis area. The supervisor will work onsite, mentoring and training entry-level and junior technicians. Previous testing and balancing (TAB) experience is required. Other areas of focus include ensuring adherence to company standards and coordinating day-to-day activities for several new and exciting projects locally. The candidate must be based in the United States and reside in Indianapolis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on TAB experience
• NEBB, AABC Certification, Testing and Balancing Certification (Technician or Supervisor Level)
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, airflow principles, and balancing procedures.
• Demonstrate quality leadership by example through sharp problem-solving and clear communication.
• Thrive in an agile environment and be passionate about leading.
• The ability to refine and create workflows and driving efficiency.
• Resilience and patience, handling pressure and challenges but continuing to provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, coordinating, and planning operational efforts for your team.
• Partnering with internal teams and serving as the point person for field issues, collaborating with Project Manager, Operations Managers and Clients.
• Driving quality, safety, and development with a great attitude and lots of experience in the field.
• Providing technical expertise and ensuring schedules and deliverables are met.
• Assisting with onboarding, performance coaching, and skills development for the team.
