Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety hazards and necessary precautions to create a secure environment for swim program participants.
  • In-depth understanding of swimming fundamentals, athletic techniques, and fitness principles.
  • Familiarity with inventory management techniques.
  • Solid grasp of recreation, daycare, and sports program regulations.
  • Strong leadership abilities to prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and address challenges.
  • Capacity to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement tailored swim programs that respond to community needs.
  • Must pass a thorough criminal background check.
