Insight Environmental is seeking a TA Warehouse Technician (Turnaround Specialist) for a full-time, project-based temporary role in Lima, OH. This position supports daily warehouse operations and specialized Turnaround (TA) events, focusing on SAP inventory management, material kitting/staging, and Quality Control (QC) inspections to support refinery operations. Requirements

Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn various databases and systems.
Basic mechanical skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Forklift Experience
Good Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in SAP operation
Previous experience in petroleum refining process or material knowledge
Previous industrial warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Manage incoming materials/equipment including kitting, tagging, and staging for Turnaround (TA) events.
Coordinate material transfers (pick-ups/returns) with the Main Warehouse.
Support TA contractors by issuing materials, recording transfer dates, and resolving material issues in real-time.
Coordinate post-turnaround cleanup, removing unused materials from staging areas and restoring warehouse organization.
Transact all aspects of inventory using SAP (MM/PM modules), IPS, and EDMS, including logging receiving info, POs, and staged locations.
Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Quality Control (QC) documentation.
Inspect materials for defects and manage the Nonconformance Report (NCR) process.
Coordinate with drivers and refinery personnel.
Perform small package delivery to refinery units.
Manage non-stock/direct charge items.
Perform cycle counts.
Kit materials for project schedules.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping (5S).
Operate a forklift for periods of time.
