About The Position

Join a dynamic team in a highly visible role as a primary recruiter for our salaried non-operations functions across the Americas. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring strategy—leading full-cycle recruitment for key business units and shaping the future of our teams. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify top-tier candidates and deliver an exceptional experience from first contact to offer. This is your chance to make a real impact by bringing in the people who drive our success. Location This role will be located in Chicago/Downers Grove and will be a hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three of recruiting and sourcing experience at the exempt, technical and/or professional levels.
  • Highly proficient in internet searches, using methodologies such as Boolean Searches; Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated selling skills and a Hunter’s mentality; skills in cold calling and developing rapport with potential candidates.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiply projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making ability without oversight / approval.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Busines Partners to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates for entry to midlevel roles across Operations and Non-Operations functions, leveraging job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
  • Proactively research and engage passive candidates to build robust pipelines for critical roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and build proficiency in HRIS and social media tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding efforts and other Talent Acquisition related projects.
