About The Position

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a key part of our TA team, contributing to how we find and attract technical talent at Toast. You'll manage the full recruitment process, focusing on building robust candidate pools, making sure candidates have a great experience, and adapting to different hiring needs. The Tech TA team is a group of collaborative members who care about their craft, and who value the deep relationships they’ve built with their partners across the business. We're dedicated to finding the best candidates to support the growth of our company. In addition to finding the right person for each job we work, we make time to have some fun along the way!

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience sourcing, and closing candidates in a competitive market
  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including setting expectations, influencing decisions, and facilitating consensus among senior leaders
  • Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous, growing company environment
  • Strong communication skills in all directions (internally, externally, cross functionally)
  • Committed to creating and facilitating a great candidate experience
  • Ability to work core EST working hours

Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across Technical teams to ensure we build talent pipelines to fit our functional needs, our mission, and our culture.
  • Manage and maintain deep working relationships with stakeholders, providing regular, transparent, and data-driven updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and potential challenges.
  • Build sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines with due consideration to the importance of both quality and diversity
  • Source, interview, present and close a diverse slate of candidates for Technical roles across North America
  • Collaborate on creating and implementing recruiting strategies that will impact the long-range growth of the company
