As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Technical TA Partner to our North America team. This role will be based out of our Needham, MA Headquarters, via a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite). Title: Senior Technical Talent Access Partner Reporting to: Head of Talent Access Delivery - North America As part of the Talent Access Team, the Senior Technical TA Partner will be a business partner to hiring managers and business leaders to assess talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Access team is client-facing and dedicated by specialty area. As a member of this team, the Senior Technical TA Partner will define and execute sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. While partnering with the hiring manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, the Senior Technical TA Partner will represent SharkNinja to access, assess, and hire qualified candidates. All Talent Access Partners will raise up attractiveness issues to the Talent Access Leadership Team to ensure quality hiring based upon our Success Drivers and Leadership Principles. In addition to daily recruitment efforts, the Senior Technical TA Partner represents People & Culture on various committees and workgroups responsible for decisions on recruitment tools and strategies that impact the system. S/he recommends decisions/changes on recruitment resources and strategy. The Senior Technical TA Partner serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be able to partner with hiring managers, and other members of the hiring team, to develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies. The Senior Talent Access Partner will: Serve as a valued business partner with an expertise in Talent Access. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies. Provide counsel and take on a consultative approach with Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions, and throughout the recruitment lifecycle. In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs. Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess candidates via telephone and/or virtual interview, manage the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, and negotiate offers. Establish and maintain consistent working relationships with hiring managers, People & Culture colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the business. Consult and advise managers with respect to hiring decisions and negotiations. Partner with our Finance & Compensation groups to ensure internal and external market equity. Provide recommendations on Outreach events and Recruitment tools; participate in various recruitment related events relative to Global Talent Access Intelligence, Programs and Outreach Raise up attractiveness issues to Hiring Managers, HR Partner, and Talent Access Leadership Team. Document activities via our ATS (Greenhouse) and assist with reporting when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • 4–6+ years specifically focused on technical recruiting
  • 3+ years working in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for software engineering, IT, and technical roles (often at mid‑senior to principal level)
  • Experience supporting engineering, product, or technical leadership teams
  • Experience working within startup or hypergrowth organizations; preferably within the Consumer Product Industry
  • Articulate, both written and oral
  • Attentive listening, be present to non-verbal cues, reiterate, clarify and communicates ideas
  • Values others, operates with kindness
  • Passion for the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Professionally persistent
  • Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Courage to provide counsel to hiring managers
  • Act as mentor for P1 and P2 graded Talent Access Partners

  • Ability to learn new TA Technologies and Tools
  • Understands Employment laws, comfort communicating with clients
  • Successful shaping a talent strategy with market intelligence; leading discussion with Hiring Manager
  • Experience participating in Community Outreach; demonstrated success building diverse applicant pipelines.

  • Experience using Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System or comparable
  • Experience recruiting C-Suite/Director+ level positions within a corporate environment
