Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process across all assigned functions, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, competency-based interviewing, and offer development/negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, advise on hiring strategy, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that influence decision making.
  • Manage recruitment programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Oversee and optimize ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline activity.
  • Produce and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to HR and business leadership, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own stakeholder communication and engagement, aligning hiring managers, HR partners, and interview teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strengthen employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing, talent community engagement, and partnership with internal communications.
