Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of computer equipment
  • Knowledge of warehouse machinery
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of experience
  • Spanish and English language proficiency
  • Employment Authorization Document

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Configure printers, scanners, and other technological equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on technological equipment.
  • Assist in the installation of new computer equipment or replacement of components.
  • Perform minor repairs on production lines (simple mechanical adjustments, parts replacement, technical cleaning).
  • Support preventive maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
  • Report major failures to specialized maintenance or supervision.
  • Handle basic and technical cleaning tasks in work areas or on equipment.
  • Track inventory of spare parts and minor tools.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment according to technical instructions.
  • Visually inspect machinery and areas for wear or unsafe conditions.
  • Support the relocation or installation of furniture or equipment.
  • Comply with industrial safety protocols.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the tool and maintenance area.
