Puesto:  Técnico de Mantenimiento de Hotel

Commonwealth HotelsHouston, TX
Onsite

About The Position

The District at Hogg Palace, located in downtown Houston, is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician. Originally known as Hogg Palace, this iconic 1921 building was constructed by William C. Hogg, son of Texas Governor Jim Hogg. It began its history as Houston's premier automobile showroom, and its industrial structure—high concrete ceilings, large factory-style windows, and original wood floors—tells the story of a growing city. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building is a prime example of adaptive reuse done well. We have preserved its authentic industrial character while incorporating the modern amenities that today's travelers expect. The result is a unique Houston hotel: a place where history and contemporary design coexist, and where every stay connects guests to Houston's rich past.
