About The Position

As a Systems Test Engineer, you will join a high-performing team focused on Advanced Imaging products in the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) business. You will develop and maintain test protocols, design test plans, and execute testing to verify product design across products and platforms. The role executes a comprehensive suite of system tests, including integration and regression testing. You will report to the Head of Optical & Systems, Advanced Imaging at Philips IGTD, and work alongside a talented and multidisciplinary team of Systems Engineers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product development, quality, operations, field service, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and develop test tools. This position is a great opportunity to grow as a systems test engineer while gaining exposure to complex systems and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, regulated medical device environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as Test Engineer, Verification Engineer, or Systems engineer working on electro-mechanical products, preferably in medical devices.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in developing / executing test protocols and designing test fixtures / tools for systems incorporating both hardware and software.
  • Experience in test case management using JAMA or similar.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems (QMS) and medical device regulations.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
