About The Position

The Systems Test Engineer validates system functionality by defining testing methodologies, conducting performance evaluations and system assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. The role operates independently across multiple work areas and leads major technical assignments, including supervising teams. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management information systems, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, and configuration management processes.
• Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams and ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces.
• Experience supporting the federal government or DoD.
• Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations.
• Experience with Agile Software Development.
• Top Secret SCI CI Polygraph security clearance.
