Requirements

Must be pursuing a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) degree.
Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the summer internship / session.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Prior RTX internship experience
Python programming
Experience with data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Specific majors: Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Applied Math, Industrial Engineering, or related scientific or STEM discipline.
Knowledge of DevOps, Git, databases, linux/UNIX
Knowledge of C++, Java
Awareness of Six Sigma techniques
Experience with any modeling and simulation software
Agile-style project participation
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute your knowledge of programming, data analysis and problem-solving to modeling and simulation or related efforts.
Support, contribute, and collaborate in a team environment, receiving input and guidance from functional management, project leads, and more experienced teammates.
Gain an initial understanding of operational analysis by participating in either mission or campaign analysis, or other related projects.
