We are seeking a Technology Systems Analyst I to support the management and optimization of enterprise digital systems. This role will be responsible for maintaining system performance, ensuring data integrity and security, and providing technical support to internal users. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain digital systems, including servers, databases, and cloud-based platforms
Ensure availability, integrity, and security of digital assets and organizational data
Deploy, configure, and maintain software applications and updates
Monitor software licensing and ensure compliance
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting tools and system issues
Assist with user account setup, access control, and permissions management
Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols; monitor for and respond to potential threats
Support data backup, recovery procedures, and storage solutions
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
Track hardware inventory and software assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver solutions
Partner with IT teams and external vendors on system upgrades and enhancements
