About The Position

As a Systems Support Technician, your role supports the passengers, guests, and employees in Salt Lake City International Airport. This position will require someone who enjoys working with computers and solving problems. Your role will be both proactive and reactive and comes with many benefits such as technical training and no two days being the same. You will be working with an innovative team with a strong focus on service delivery.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 2-3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience with ticketing applications.
  • Proven experience providing level 1 technical support to a large business or organization (1000+ employees).
  • Knowledge/Certification in Server/domain controller/storage array systems.
  • Knowledge/Certification in Desktops and PC hardware.
  • Knowledge/Certification in Installing/configuring printers.
  • Knowledge/Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Certified in at least one of the following areas: A+, Net+, or Security+, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in airports is preferred.
