As the Systems Support Specialist, you will provide tier 1 support to the Bank’s operations, with an emphasis on internal customer support. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide great customer service to the Bank’s local and remote employees with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of workstations and applications. This is a highly visible position and requires the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
