Systems Support Specialist (Part-Time)
About The Position
Stonebridge Counseling is seeking two curious, technology-savvy individuals to help support our growing mental health practice. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, helping others, and improving systems. While technical aptitude is important, we're primarily looking for people who are resourceful, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization. Responsibilities
- Provide support for our electronic health record (Athelas)
- Troubleshoot telehealth and technology issues
- Assist with passwords, permissions, and user access
- Support staff using Google Workspace and BambooHR
- Communicate with software vendors and track support requests
- Create simple guides and resources for staff
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems
- Assist with technology and operations projects
