As a Systems Support Specialist at AGI, you will provide hardware support for all AGI lines of business including Computers, Tablets, Phones, and printers. Your primary duties will involve systems installation, configuration, and administration, along with e-mail and user account management, patch management, and hardware/application software installations and upgrades. You will also be responsible for problem troubleshooting and general user assistance. A key part of the role is creating and maintaining internal documentation and sharing user insights to influence device designs, standards, and rollouts.
