About The Position

We are seeking a strong Systems Software Engineer with expertise in RF design and SW integration. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, be well-organized, and possess knowledge of DO-254 (exposure only), DO-178C, and DO-160G (EMI). This role requires strong proficiency in C, C++, and Assembly, with experience in DAL A software development, code reviews, and software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. A solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles is essential. Experience with various application areas supporting Avionics functions, Navigation, and Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT) is required. The ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively, along with experience in preparing Planning Documentation & Cert Doc, is also crucial. Experience working with Defense Customers is preferred.
