About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and operational excellence of large-scale distributed systems in production. The role works at the boundary between development and operations, applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems and improving reliability while reducing operational toil. The ideal candidate brings deep systems knowledge, strong programming skills, a measurement-driven mindset, and the ability to design, automate, and operate complex services so reliability is treated as a core engineering deliverable. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote in the United States. The listed annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. Candidates who are U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or seeking an H-1B transfer are encouraged to apply; the company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.
