About The Position

The Systems Operations Lead serves as the operational control point for the production environment, responsible for proactively monitoring our nightly batch cycles, nightly closes, system health, identifying emerging risks, and preventing business‑impacting incidents before they occur. This role requires continuous analysis of signals across platforms such as ServiceNow and Splunk, correlating incident trends, user reports, and change activity to detect anomalies and anticipate systemic issues. This individual ensures timely and structured communication to stakeholders when needed, providing clear visibility into system stability or active mitigation efforts, while maintaining strict governance over messaging and escalation protocols. When issues arise, they act decisively to initiate incident management, engage support teams, and help drive root cause analysis. By combining real‑time situational awareness, disciplined execution, and effective coordination, the senior analyst plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability, minimizing disruption, and safeguarding business continuity. The individual must interface with users, all Systems staff, and vendors on critical projects and assignments and represent the department in all aspects of the assigned project or issue, while complying with prescribed standards and procedures. This would be an Alt-Shift, working 4pm-12am on Monday-Friday.
