HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations by addressing systemic barriers and promoting health equity. The Prototypes Pre-Filing Diversion Program (PFDP), part of HealthRIGHT 360, aims to divert individuals arrested for misdemeanors and certain felonies from the criminal justice system to community-based support services. PFDP addresses factors like homelessness, mental health, addiction, and unemployment through collaboration with law enforcement and district attorneys. The Systems Navigator is crucial in screening individuals detained by law enforcement for eligibility in diversion services. This in-person role connects clients to housing, healthcare, substance use treatment, and other social services via partner agencies, offering trauma-informed, culturally competent guidance and advocacy. The goal is to empower clients with motivation, support, and resources to build stability, access services, and reduce incarceration risk. This position is co-located at the Pomona Police Station or Compton/Century Sheriff’s Station. The program operates 24/7, with potential shifts including day, evening, or weekend hours.
