About The Position

As a Systems Manager (MEP), you will contribute to the construction process from start to finish, using your knowledge to drive successful project completion. The role covers MEP work from submittal through closeout, including low-voltage, security, fire protection, controls, and other critical MEP systems. You will coordinate MEP trades and installations, manage schedules and procurement documentation, oversee testing and commissioning, and support project teams and staff development. The position involves substantial time on active construction sites as well as time in an office. Site conditions may include varied weather, moderate to loud noise, elevated or confined work areas, uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, hoists, and moving mechanical equipment. The role is physically active, with frequent standing and movement, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting or carrying materials. It also includes desk work such as computer tasks, document review, and meetings. This is a demanding, high-performance role that requires flexibility to work extended hours, particularly during critical project phases or client deadlines. Employees may need to monitor and respond to communications outside regular working hours for time-sensitive matters or emergencies. The company requires a pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening and conducts random quarterly tests.
