About The Position

We’re looking for an innovative and adaptable critical thinker to serve as Systems Manager for Payments. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven to learn, problem solver with the ability to prioritize the dynamic workload involved with our payment streams such as wires, CAFT/AFT, cheques, bill payments and card products.

Requirements

A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced knowledge in business requirements gathering, system design and development and project/stakeholder management
Advanced working knowledge of digital solutions
Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes

Responsibilities

Analyze and test enhancements to existing payment systems collaboratively with various stakeholders
Pilot new system processes with documenting end to end processes and hands-on support for payment systems as key responsibilities
Support payment system enhancements and migrations using analytic tools, creative thought, and a high degree of attention to detail to sustain changes to our payments ecosystem
Direct business requirements gathering for systems implementation and enhancements, including managing trade-off decisions
Executes day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of the specific system/platform
Develop and socializes a roadmap of projects or system enhancements that reflect business priorities and align to the vision for system/product
