Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in technology delivery, systems integration, infrastructure support, project coordination, or a related field (relevant internship experience considered).
  • Basic understanding of technology delivery and/or systems integration concepts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn enterprise governance and infrastructure processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the point of contact function for technology delivery initiatives and infrastructure related requests.
  • Assist in coordinating technology teams, stakeholders, and resources to support project execution and delivery.
  • Help facilitate governance, risk tracking, and adherence to enterprise technology standards and processes.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, escalating as needed.
  • Support business and technology leads in aligning infrastructure solutions with project objectives.
  • Provide day to day coordination and administrative support throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.
