About The Position

This role must be performed 5 days/week at the client site in Pittsburgh PA. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available. CGI has a high impact opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to help shape and deliver critical initiatives across the organization. You'll gain broad exposure to enterprise scale infrastructure, cloud technologies, and technology governance, developing a well rounded understanding of how complex technology environments operate. With meaningful ownership of outcomes and the ability to influence the planning and execution of large, cross functional programs, you'll play a visible role in driving successful delivery. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology delivery, systems integration, infrastructure management, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison/integrator between business and technology teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, application delivery, and technology governance processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology delivery initiatives and infrastructure related requests.
  • Lead coordination of technology teams, stakeholders, and resources to support project execution and delivery.
  • Own facilitation of governance, risk management, and adherence to enterprise technology standards and processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to support successful outcomes.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance, consultation, and escalation support throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
