As a system integrator on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues to develop and deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Environmental Monitoring (EM), and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters. Your client will trust you to develop and execute system integration plans for space and ground systems. You will lead and support integration activities at the system of systems, system, segment, and element level. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative integration methodologies and tools to integrate remote sensing systems to deliver warfighter capabilities. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, including development in a space or ground segment system
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating, collaborating, and briefing the military, including O6 to O4 levels, and government personnel
  • Experience coordinating, collaborating, and briefing peers, additional support contractors, and development contractors
  • Experience supporting overall engineering integration of SE&I efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
  • Experience navigating or developing system engineering documentation for a system within its lifecycle of acquisition, including proposal, design, development and test, verification, and validation
  • Experience with technical and project management, including authoring or reviewing contracts such as proposals, SOWs, or PCOLs, and writing system engineering CONOPS, architecture, requirements, and design or test documents
  • Knowledge of system engineering tools such as MS Office or DOORS
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD acquisitions and program management
  • Experience with Missile Warning Systems
  • Experience in software development and common systems, such as application development, frameworks, application services, or basic networking
  • Experience in a STEM field
  • TS/SCI clearance
