About The Position

The individual selected for this position will support this Customer's office by providing programmatic and administrative support for software governance, enterprise licensing, and strategic software management initiatives. This role involves preparing agendas, coordinating with presenters, taking notes, and updating the SWC Confluence site with relevant Software information, especially pertaining to Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs). The position also requires tracking and updating membership, scheduling meetings with Vendors, Stakeholders, and/or Mission Partners, attending and taking notes at vendor meetings and product demos, and tracking action items, milestones, and contract renewals and new contracts for ELAs, SWC, and ZBR. Additionally, the role supports software license tracking processes, tracks specific licenses (CCE, Captivate, and Acrobat Pro), monitors funding associated with ELA contracts, and may require creating RCAFs for MS and Oracle. The Systems Integrator will also develop, update, and maintain briefing materials, provide support on drafting and reviewing SOW and SSJ for new contracts, and coordinate and provide communication pertaining to the ZBR. This includes creating or updating TaskITs, briefings for presentations to various Stakeholders and DDI boards, and the ZBR timeline by Vendor.

Requirements

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 years of experience.
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow between programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HIVE, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide for communication pertaining to the ZBR.
  • Create and/or update TaskITs, briefings for presentations to various Stakeholders and DDI boards, and the ZBR timeline by Vendor.
