Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced Special Operations Forces (SOF) Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) Systems Integrator (Journeyman) with desktop support experience to support a critical Government program. The ideal candidate will bring robust SOF experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-security setting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years recent, full-time Tier I / desktop support experience
  • Delivered in-person end-user support in DoD, USSOCOM, TSOC, Service Component, or other federal enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of SCIF open/close procedures
  • Experience working in controlled access environments
  • Familiarity with SSO and Industrial Security coordination processes
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot & repair of Desktop and laptop PCs, Printers / monitors, KVM switchboxes / common peripherals
  • Perform System decommissioning & equipment turn-in, User data backup & profile migration, New workstation setup and fielding
  • Track and Install software & license compliance and Hardware/software asset inventory
  • Manage user accounts across enterprise systems, including: Account creation, Access modifications, Deactivation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and service records
  • Provide first-contact resolution / walk-up or ticket-driven support
